These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, 27pixels.eu (the “Site”), and any products or services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

1. Product Descriptions. We aim for accuracy, but do not warrant that descriptions, colors or content are error-free.
2. Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. Prices. All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of taxes and shipping, unless otherwise indicated.
2. Payment Methods. We accept payment methods listed on the checkout page. Payment is due at the time you place your order.
3. Fraud Prevention. We reserve the right to require proof of identity or payment method verification on high-risk transactions.

4. Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping. We ship to Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
2. Risk & Title. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

1. Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days of delivery atsupport@27pixels.eu with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Custom Products. As our products are custom-made, returns for change of mind are not accepted, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Our Content. All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned or licensed by Riterio gambitas, MB and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
2. Your Content. If you submit images or other materials for customization, you represent that you own all rights or have obtained all necessary permissions to use such materials. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and modify your submissions solely to provide the Services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with Site security.
• Infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Harass, threaten, or harm others.

IN NO EVENT WILL Riterio gambitas, MB BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riterio gambitas, MB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services; or (c) your violation of any rights of another.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
